This 5 day hands-on practical course provides confidence and knowledge in sailing a modern cruising yacht. You will participate in all aspects of yachting including: helming, sail trim, mooring & safety.
Day Skipper Theory

This shore-based course takes you from the basics of navigation including; tidal calculations, chart reading, collision regulations, meteorology and electronic navigational aids
Day Skipper Practical

You will be introduced to all aspects of skippering a yacht including; sail trim, mooring, pilotage, passage planning, anchoring and safety onboard
Join in the biggest and best yacht race of the year, the Round the Island Race and compete against 1800 other yachts. Complete beginners are welcome to join in the fun
